Orders within USA are shipped via FedEx ground. Due to high dollar value orders cannot be delivered without an authorized signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address or please consider shipping package to your work address. Unfortunately no address changes or shipping changes could be made after your order is placed.
All items usually leave our warehouse within 1-5 business days (not including holidays and weekends). We do our best to keep our inventory accurate and upto date and show only available items. However due to the high rate of inventory turnover and changes to the product lines of various manufacturers, some items may become backordered or unavailable. If such situation should occur with your order our Customer Service will notify you immediately.
We always give our high priority to all orders with Express shipping. When placing your order after 1pm (Eastern), Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, please remember to add at least one business day for processing, pulling, and preparation of your order for shipment.
Please remember that FedEx does not pickup and/or deliver on weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for the delivery practices or policies of any carrier, or for any shipping delays caused by weekends, holidays or inclement weather.
International orders are shipped via FedEx and usually arrive within 7-10 business days after shipping. Please note, that International shipping times do not include any unforeseen customs delays. Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or other fees. We encourage our customers to contact their local customs bureau for information on customs duties and/or limitations before placing the order. Affordable Luxury is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, duties or any other fees imposed by the customs service in destination country.
